This club added nine new holes in 1998, giving it three nine hole courses that can be played in three eighteen hole combinations. The new nine, called the Pointe Course, incorporates water on all nine holes as well as many out-of-bounds areas. The design is tight and places an emphasis on shot accuracy and crucial decision-making as to how conservatively one should play. The signature hole on the Pointe Course is #5, a 170-yard, par 3, which requires a tee shot over water to a small green that has another lake behind it and sand bunkers on three sides. The original Pines/Ponds Course is wide open and best known for its large greens. There are several sand bunkers incorporated into the course design, and water hazards come into play on several holes. The signature hole is #9 on the Ponds Course, a 420-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot over water from an elevated tee box to a fairway bordered by a large lake, then an approach shot to a well-bunkered green. Even though this facility is closed during the winter months, the pro shop remains open to the public year-round.

the course is well kept and it is fun to play. there is nothing exceptionally beautiful about it, it is just a nice play to get a quick round in. The main and really only problem I have with it is that the older golfers-God love them, enjoy walking and they should-BUT NOT ON WEEKENDS. it slows the play on the weekends and they should have to use a cart on weekends and save their walking for mon-fri. It would also generate some money if they used a cart on weekends..every few bucks helps. Overall, i think it is a great place to spend the sumemer and I am glad I joined!
