This course revolves around the natural beauty of Lower Wisconsin as it winds around forty acres of solid plains. This course forces players to concentrate on the approach shot in order to score well. Don't be fooled by the appearance, this course has a tendency to cost a few strokes if you underestimate it. Three water hazards come into play on several holes on the front nine, including #4, a 175-yard, par 3, which requires a player to shoot over a small lake to the green. Be careful though, there is a river to the left of the green, which has claimed many golf balls. Another difficult hole is #18, a 420-yard, par 4, which has six sand bunkers guarding the green.

Ringing Endorsement, Nov 17, 2004 |

| The 18 hole course is very challenging with woods and water coming into play. The course is actually a composite of an older nine coupled with a newer, more open nine featuring water and bunkers. Par 3 12th is most scenic followed by a wonderful par 5. Enjoyable to play. Due to the routing through a residential community it can be tough to walk although I've done it on occasion. Definitely worth playing. The course hosts many outings during the season so call ahead. |

Nice course, Jun 30, 2004 |

| This is a very nice course, well maintained and winds through an exclusive subdivision in Northeast Wisconsin. The course is very challenging, it's a combination of heavily wooded holes and links style. |

| This course has a country club feel to it with a huge club house overlooking the course. There are two course, a 9-hole course and a championship 18-hole course. Beautiful course and very challenging. |

The Greenest Fairways in town, Apr 21, 2004 |

| Thornberry has a vast array of great features to its' layout, but nothing strikes me more than the beautiful fairways. The fairways alone put most greens to shame and as for the greens themselves they will put even the most precise of putters to the challenge. Hands down the best truly public course in the Green Bay area. |
