Course doesn't compare to Greystone only minutes away, May 08, 2004

Spotty fairways, mosquitos, and patchy greens make for a less than spectacular round of golf. There are a few interesting holes, but I would make the drive to Cabot a few minutes north to the Cypress courses.

I found Foxwood to be a course that could use some improvements. However, I did enjoy playing this course and the layout. The employees were true pros. The course is shaded with many trees which allows you to hone your placement skills. This course surely is a diamond in the rough.

"Frosty Valley"
Frosty Valley is a golf course that gives a feeling of success in all parts of your game. Strategic pin locations give each shot to the green a different spin, and makes even the best person's short game be tested. As for the far hitters, the par 5's here are among far distances and have challenging obsticles just off to the side of the fairways, forcing you to hit with immense precision. The greens have tough breaks in them, making this course exciting and a fun place to visit. Frosty Valley also has a pro shop with a great amount of equipment that will suit any golfer.

Must catch early in the season due to the amount of play it gets. Looks a little worn out by July, especially if there is no rain. Could use some improvement. I have played worse.
