This facility has both an eighteen hole course and a nine hole course. The Links Course and the Nichols Park Course were both built upon gentle, rolling terrain and feature numerous sand bunkers. Windy conditions dramatically change the character of these courses, so you shouldn't get tired of playing here. The Nichols Park Course offers discounts for juniors everyday. The Links Course only allows discounts for seniors on weekdays.

Good course, plays long and open, #18 is a killer with water on the right and left and a green surrounded by bunkers - will kill a good score. Topped off a good day of golf with a true challenge.

Too many kids and adults play this course that don't fix ball marks on greens. Greens are slow with very little break. Roughs are sparse. Unfriendly staff and golf specials are for unusual times. Too many good courses in area to play this course more than once a year.

"A South Florida gem"
This a great private golf course, with new TifSport fairways, TifEagle greens and new bunkering, all put in during the summer of 2002. Pete Dye's course is better than ever. The new gold (back) tees now play 6,616 yards with a 72.0/131 course and slope rating. This par 71 course is made up of narrow fairways, many tree-lined. Four par 4s exceed 400 yards with number 6 playing 442 yards and number 13 reaching 437 yards; tough holes by every standard. If you can find a member or locate a friend of a member, by all means make it a point to play this great South Florida golf course.

Southmoore Golf Course
"Tough Day"
I played this course with my brother,(scratch) on a Saturday in September 2003. We found it easily, we paid and went thru the rather surly starter and we were off, there wasn't much of a wait on the first tee. The first couple of holes were standard, it was a rather breezy day so I was really challenged to keep my ball on our the fairway.(this would be my problem for most of the round). Nice elavation changes, and the course looked great compared to it's neighbor,(whitetail). Dogs and beer at the turn. The back nine was just as nice as the front. Immaculate greens with challenging pin positions. Afterwards it was a couple of more beers and burgers at the lounge. Good food. If we had more time we would have gone to their fine dining restaurant, got a glance at their menu, looked really nice. great sunset too! Overall a great day.

Very well maintained course considering the amount of usage it gets. The price is definitely right. Very friendly and helpful staff in the Pro Shop. Always a pleasant golf outing. Lots of cogenial golfers there.
