This course is nestled in the heart of southern Indiana and stretches over 224 rolling acres of woods, water and wildlife. Even though this is a hilly golf course, it was designed not to have blind shots. However, in many cases, tee shots must carry across ravines. Lakes come into play on at least eleven holes, and the greens are all undulating. The signature hole is #18, a 429-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot across both a lake and ravine, then a middle to long iron approach shot to the green. Management is particularly proud of their beautiful par 3 holes. There are unlimited, sunrise and twenty-seven holes rates also available. In 1994, "Golf Digest" rated this course as one of the top twenty-five courses for value in the country. The course was redesigned in 1996 by Tim Liddy. Walking is not permitted on weekends and holidays before 1 PM.

I have played golf all over central and southern Indiana and this course is by far the best, without contest!!! Every hole is beautiful and helps you forget a bad round. 18 is one of the best looking holes you'll ever see and their 4 par 3's stack up with anywhere in the state. Oh yes, I played 18 holes w/ a cart for $25! Absolute must play.

Beyond doubt, the best public course I have encountered in the state. As hard as you want it to be.
