This private, neighborhood course has a friendly atmosphere. It is links-style with well-maintained greens and plush fairways. The natural wetlands have been incorporated into the design. In addition, water hazards (lakes and ponds) come into play on a number of holes.

Inappropriate conduct, Jan 10, 2008 |

| The course itself is very fair and typically in very good shape. Now for the bad, very much a socializing membership which can be a good thing. Unfortunately, membership includes a network of swingers. This immoral conduct does not seem to limited to the members either, as the staff, including management and directors, has a history of the same immoral and unethical behaviors. At this club, it appears that you check your morality and good character at the door. Not the type of environment I or my family would appreciate being exposed to. If you are thinking of a membership, check with other clubs and members of other clubs and you will quickly discover that this club has a bad reputation. |

Excellent Course for Experienced or Beginner, May 04, 2005 |

| Play is brisk, no waiting for 15 minutes at each tee box. Membership and staff are very friendly. Dining is above average, and reasonable. Geographically located in an affluent part of town without the traffic concerns of Houston proper. |

Worth a try, Mar 07, 2005 |

| A fairly new course (about 10 years old) undergoing constant improvement. The greens and tee boxes are all built up. There are a number of water and sand hazards. Since it adjoins a small wildlife preserve, there is usually an abundance of exotic waterfowls as well as alligators on various holes. Several of which are scenic and challenging by any standard. The most negative aspect is the immature trees lining many fairways, this gives a sparse feel and makes homes lining most fairways stand out. However, the addition of many new trees and the maturing of others enhance the playability of the course. |
