This course offers enough variety of terrain to challenge the most advanced golfer. There are many trees that can affect your shots, and ponds come into play on four holes. The signature hole is #9, a 338-yard, par 4, which plays from an elevated tee to a wide fairway, then requires a second shot to a green sloping front to back and guarded to the left by a pond. Tee times are only reserved for the weekends.

I have family in NC and have been playing this course off and on since 1994 and as recently as 2007, and have been satisfied everytime I played there..no wait times friendly staff..As of 2007 they had just brought new carts...What u will remember about this course is the front nine..the cut out of the woods feel fairways and true greens...

Played course this week (June 4, 2005). Greens were all lost, and they were giving away free rounds since it was so bad. No cart paths, except for some sand pits with tracks in them. This place is a sad excuse for golf.

Antelope Greens Golf Course

I noticed that there weren't any reviews of Antelope Greens on this website and I thought that somebody might benefit from a review by someone who has played the couse numerous times. The course itself is not very long, but it is bigger than it appears to be when you drive up to it. The grounds crew do a very nice job keepig the fairway and putting greens intact. The only drawback to the course are the tee boxes. They are not level at all. Sometimes you can't find any level peice of grass to tee off of. The other thing is that all of your tee shots are going to be straight. There is not a lot of strategy designed in the course. That being said you can't beat the price of admision. $16 on weekdays and $20 on weekends. It's a nice course with enough challenges for all skill levels. Give it a shot.
