This well-bunkered course in the rolling hills of Chester County has undulating and well-manicured greens. The fairways are narrow and water comes into play on nine holes. Holes #8 and #17 are the "sister holes" of Donald Ross. They share the same teeing ground and are the two most challenging par 4's on the course. Kennett Square has hosted the U.S. Open Qualifier, the U.S. Women's Open Sectional Qualifier, and the U.S. Junior Boys Qualifier over the last three years.

An unknown Ross Gem, Aug 16, 2010

Truly a shot maker's course, as Donald Ross intended. Not all that long at 6349 yards, but behind every green is serious trouble.

Course is in GREAT shape. Greens are lightning fast. Short in length, but difficult to score. An unkown Ross gem!!

Course is in GREAT shape. Not very long, but difficult to score well. Greens are lightning fast, and roll true. An unkown Ross Gem!!

bad condition, Jul 26, 2004

the new bunkers deleted the course's personality, not to mention there is fungi in the greens so they resmble cracked asphalt.
