This course can challenging for all levels. Two large lakes come into play at least twice during the round. The fairways are rolling and tree lined, and the greens are small and fast. There is an additional set of men's tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.

What a wonderful place to play a round of golf. The course condition is spectacular and the pace of play is perfect. I enjoyed how the staff made me feel like a lifelong member for my first time out.

Delaware Park Course
"Delaware 2003 review"
Delaware Park is a great place to learn to play golf because it offers open fairways, well maintained greens, no sand or water. There is hardly ever a bag line. There are 18 holes on relatively flat land. The trees present the only problems as many are in the fairways. The course conditions have shown vast improvement recently , especially in 2003 when new tee boxes were planted and benches were placed at each hole. It compares favorably, I think to the 2 other city courses, Cazenovia and South Park. Those courses offer just 9 holes each. The park setting is beautiful. If you want to practice without being intimidated, this is the place.

Southmoore Golf Course
"Tough Day"
I played this course with my brother,(scratch) on a Saturday in September 2003. We found it easily, we paid and went thru the rather surly starter and we were off, there wasn't much of a wait on the first tee. The first couple of holes were standard, it was a rather breezy day so I was really challenged to keep my ball on our the fairway.(this would be my problem for most of the round). Nice elavation changes, and the course looked great compared to it's neighbor,(whitetail). Dogs and beer at the turn. The back nine was just as nice as the front. Immaculate greens with challenging pin positions. Afterwards it was a couple of more beers and burgers at the lounge. Good food. If we had more time we would have gone to their fine dining restaurant, got a glance at their menu, looked really nice. great sunset too! Overall a great day.

Cobbossee Colony Golf
"Golf ball wacker guy"
this is a good course if you want to come to a fun golf course that isn't very diffeicult you should come here. I play here alot, but i'm not very good and the course is very very forgiving. The holes aren't very long and don't have a lot of hazards. From my experience the greens are very easy to read and most of the par 4's could be reached off the tee with a good shot. This is a good course if you are like me and want to get a boost of confidence in your game. The people are nice and even though i am not very good i still have fun. the hot dogs are the best in the area and all the food is priced well unlike all the other overpriced country clubs. Huron Hills Golf Course
"Fun Track"
It's not Pebble Beach ... but this old traditional course is a lot of fun to play. Pretty good condition for the amount of play. Great sporty back nine with lots of elevation changes. No great length but its fun to play.
