This demanding course has small, undulating greens and tree-lined fairways. The signature hole is #13, a 325-yard, par 4, featuring a dogleg left fairway and requiring a shot over a creek to the green. The ladies' par is actually 75.

| This is a well maintained course. You will use about every club in your bag due to challenging terrain. The club pros are courteous and friendly. Lots of tree along the course so there is ample shade on hot days. |

| Beaver Brook is a nice course that was developed in the 50's. Because of that, it is not the longest course, and it is more technical than some of the more modern, open designs. The fairways are narrow and hilly with a lot of blind approach shots, and the greens are small. From the Blue it is about 6000 yards, but plays longer because of some of the second shot angles and elevated greens. If you keep it in the fairway, you can score. If you don't, it will be a long round. |
