La Plata - a pleasant surprise, May 10, 2004

This course is a find. Wide fairways and greens. Long rough and several creeks make club selection important. Hilly terrain can fool you. Several holes had long uphill tee shots. Lookout towers were erected by the tee so golfers ready to tee off see if the fairway ahead was clear, An interesting course
