This course features narrow, tree-lined fairways on every hole, so hitting the ball straight off the tee is important to scoring well. The greens are somewhat small and undulating, but not excessively difficult. The toughest hole is #9, a 426-yard, par 4, requiring a draw on your tee shot to avoid woods 200 yards straight out. The fairway veers to the left on the hole, and a creek is situated in front of the slightly elevated green. There is an additional set of tees when playing an eighteen hole round.

Sandpiper Golf & Country Club
"A nice short course"
I have played this golf course for the last 10 years, 2 to 5 times each year at various time, usually in the winter. Sandpiper is a short course with plenty of par 3's and short par 4's. The layout makes for a slow round on the front side on a busy day. It usually opens up on the back, which is the better 9 holes. Greens are in good condition year round. Course gets more play in the winter when the ajoining retirement community is fully occupied. Long hitters have no advantage as any long drive (250 or more) puts you too close to the greens. Use irons and 4 woods off most of the tees. Any drive 200 yards down the middle is great for this course. Some holes feel too close to the homes. Can be a real challenge when windy.

Oakdale Country Club
"Wow........"
I have a membership at Oakdale and let me tell you, it's worth it. The courses rolling hills and steep inclines make it a tough challenge. The bunkers and the water hazards are also huge barriers to overcome on this course. You can't beat the price either. My membership paid for itself in a matter of weeks and after that I was practically playing for free. I strongly advise anyone that wants an enjoyable round of golf to check out Oakdale Country Club.

this is a nice course not the most challenging but is a challenge lots of trees plenty of deep bunkers cheap only 22 dollars with cart 18 holes good walking course.
