This facility has two lengthy eighteen hole courses and a regulation nine hole course. The two eighteen hole courses require many blind shots to the greens. Lake Como comes into play on hole #17 on the Palmer Course and on hole #5 on the Trevino Course. This semi-private facility always keeps one course open to the public. "Golf Digest" rated the Palmer Course the 6th "Best in State" course for 1995-96, and 10th best for 1997-98. The same publication rated the Trevino Course 7th under the "Best Public Course" in the state category for the year of 1996, and awarded it the 8th "Best in State" for 1995-96. Every tee on the Gary Player Nine is rated for both men and ladies.
