It's best years are behind it, unfortunately. The layout is great, but the condition is mediocre at best. Being that it is part of a run-down resort that had it's hey-day in 1972, one shouldn't expect more. The fairways were extremely hard and cut to different lengths & the bunkers were rough. The potential is here, but the will to keep it updated is not.
