This course was built on rolling terrain and features narrow fairways lined by mature trees. The greens are extremely fast and undulating. Water hazards (ponds and a creek) come into play on several holes. The signature hole is #18, a 375-yard, par 4, which offers a scenic view of the entire course and facilities.

Pleasantly surprised, Feb 08, 2004

Yes, I played tippy twice last summer, I was impressed the greens are well manicured, as are the fairways, the rough, although nearly nonexistent is playable. The fairways are hilly and narrow. Overall, it was a nice playing course for your average golfer. P.S the food in the clubhouse is excellent, try the bunger burger.
