This very hilly course has small, well-bunkered greens and tree-lined fairways. There are a few sand and grass bunkers positioned throughout the course. Water hazards come into play on two holes. Tee times are only reserved for the weekends. Junior and senior discounts are available Monday and Tuesday; the junior discount applies to children sixteen years and under. The club suggests you call for rates because they can vary at different times of the year.

A cow pasture it isn't, Jul 06, 2010 |

| 7/6/10 Played Goose Creek this a.m.. Very reasonable green fees. Pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a modified cow pasture.Instead, I found a course, well kept with good greens and cut fairways. It has a few narrow fairways and a couple of postage stamp size greens that gave me a challenge. 2 of the par 3's were a bit long for me, but "I'll be back". |

| Goose creek is a very unique course with the smallest greens you can find. Be careful, it might look easy, but the is always a way to mess up. |

| Overall the course is not too baad. Play time is acceptable and fairways seemed to be in good shape. Greens were a bit rough. I believe #2 was worseas some of the front part of green was torn up and had sand all over it. |

| Greens were really fast this weekend. Tee boxes need a lot of work, but the rest of the course was fine. Fairways are getting in better shape. |

Worst course in NOVA, Apr 14, 2004 |

| For the past 5 years this has been the worst course in northern virginia. The greens are worse than the rough on some courses. This was onle of my favorite courses and we use to play this a few times a year. Now we go back every two years to see if it has gotten any better. It has been getting better but at a rate that will take 10 years before we will play it regularly. |

VA Goose Creek Golf Nice, Mar 01, 2004 |

| Played this course again last week, love the layout, open with a par 5 uphill to unseen green. Small greens, need to have nice high shot to stick'em. Par 3's protected by sand. Nice walk. |
