This course's narrow fairways feature many mature trees that can alter your shots. Brooks meander throughout the course and come into play on many holes. The terrain varies from gently rolling to hilly. This club is open to the public during the weekdays, but is closed to them on the weekends. Only members and their guests are allowed to play the course on weekends.

| The previous reviewer is a knucklehead. For the price and the well kept course this is a gem. Good mixture of holes and a terrific staff. So what if it is cash only. Get a real job and bring some dough. |

| Monoosnock CC is fairly wide open where winds have a significant effect on play. There is Out-of-Bounds on every hole and deep drainage hazards to contend with. Hole #5 is one of the most challenging par 3's in central Mass. Five up-hill approach shots add another dimension to distance control. The greens are very well conditioned; some of the best greens in the area. |

| Poor service, cash only. Not too challenging, wide open fairways but well-maintained greens. Not in a hurry to play it again. |
