This facility has an eighteen hole regulation course, plus a nine hole executive course. The Lima Golf Course has greens that are extremely fast and well manicured. Water hazards (seven ponds and a few creeks) come into play on over half the holes. The Island Oaks Course features fairways that are reasonably wide, but still require shot placement. The greens are undulating and large. Some of the fairways were cut out of a forest area, while others are wide open.
