THERE ARE VERY FEW COURSES CLOSE TO THE CITY THAT HAVE BEAUTIFUL GREENS. THOUGH THE COURSE IS VERY FLAT,AND CAN USE A LITTLE MORE SAND THESE GREENS WILL ROLL TRUE TO YOU AT ALL TIMES.

I enjoyed my game of golf at Bryn Mawr. The holes were a challenge and there were an adequate amount of bunkers and hazrads However, the course was lacking in hills. The flatness of the course discourages the golfer a bit. Other than that, the course is beatiful and the premises are spectacular considering what you pay to use them.

"Nice course for budget"
I think the golf course is in outstanding shape. The grass is green,pretty good for this time of year! The superintendant is a nice guy. His employee is a nice guy. They get the job done! The employees at the clubhouse are hardworkers too. The only backfall I see is, they need more members. Somebody told me they have lossed alot of members. Hopefully they will try to recruit some members this year. If anybody reads this come on over to the country club its an outstanding place to golf,associate, play cards,and have a good time with friends and family. And need to open the ballroom for some events, make a little cash! Everbody is easy to get along with. Giles Country Club does pretty good for the budget they have.

Hidden Oaks Golf Course
"Hidden Oaks used to be in bad shape."
Hidden Oaks Golf Course was run down into bad shape for a few years. The course was never kept up in good shape. But now there are new owners that have brought the beauty back into Hidden Oaks Golf Course, within two years. Hidden Oaks it still young, but I do beleive it has changed dramatically.

Lake Platte Golf Club
"It's Okay"
This course is okay as far a playability goes. When I went there were dead spots of grass in the fairways and the greens, however we were in the middle of a drought during this time. For a small town golf course, it is pretty good.
