This resort has two outstanding eighteen hole courses. The most interesting features of these courses are their elevation changes, elevated greens and tee boxes, and fairly thick, tree-lined fairways. The older Hummingbird Course offers a fine day of recreational golf for the less experienced golfer as well as the low handicapper. The signature hole is #2, a 566-yard, par 5, requiring your first two shots over a hill, then a downhill approach shot to the green. The Dogwood Course was cut out of a forest and features narrow fairways. The back nine is carved like a maze through 100 foot tall pine, Crepe Myrtle, Carolina Jasmine, Hollies, cedars, and dogwoods trees, plus 1,500 Azaleas add color to the course's beauty. Carts are mandatory on this course. Senior discounts only apply to the Hummingbird Course.

Stone Oak Country Club
"A beautiful midwest course worth playing"
This course looks timid on paper but watch out on the front nine. A couple of par 5's can really fool you by their degree of difficulty and a snowman is not uncommon on #6. The course is usually in immaculate shape with more hills on the back 9 that you would expect. The shortest par 3 I've ever played, #16 can be tricky even with the softest loft wedge. Overall this coursees beauty is in the top 10 in northwest ohio, and it is great fun to play given that you can find a member to take you out and enjoy it.

"Don't miss out!"
Great clubhouse with good food and drink. All servers and clubhouse personnel are the best. The golf course is very well manicured and maintained. The only complaint is the hilly nature of the terrain. The views are splendid especially in fall. Go and enjoy, great value for your dollar.

Rainier Golf & Country Club
"One of the best In Seattle area"
Rainier Golf has everything for the family. Nice greens, beautiful fairways, ponds, and a great crew that takes care of it. It has an older clubhouse with French stying. Ron Proctor the last Superintendent, drove the course into a new direction by rebuiding all of the fairways, adding six to twelve inches of sand, drainage, and training the best crew to care for it. He kept up on new mowers, bringing high quality, cutting edge practices into the day to day maint. of the course. Rainier golf is worth the money. All done through two generations of golf Superintendent know how. Rainier is a links style layout, and challenging for everyone.
