This course requires tee times for weekend play. One nice feature to this course is that hole #1 is a 545-yard, par 5, so you can make an early mistake and still save par. Water hazards come into play on five holes, and there are sand bunkers protecting several green. The signature hole is #6, a 320-yard, par 4, featuring a view of the entire course from the tee box.

| A great course, one of my favorites in Western Connecticut. Immaculate greens and fairways, the landscaping is specatular. It's never really THAT busy, unless there is a tournament going on. A really unique layout that is both challenging and fun to play. The only downside is that the course if very hilly. Even with a cart, there are a lot of climbs up to greens. May be tough to navigate for older golfers. |
