This tight, hilly course is challenging to all skill levels. The signature hole is #13, a 433-yard, par 4, requiring a downhill shot over a ravine. Robert Trent Jones redesigned the original holes in 1979.

Challenging Course, Aug 08, 2005

I've played numerous courses in Arkansas and found North Hills to be one of the most challenging. The course is very well maintained and forces players to place their shots instead of just pounding away with a driver.
