This course's front nine fairways are much more narrow than its back nine fairways. However, both sides of the fairways are tree lined, so shot accuracy is at a premium. Water hazards come into play on fourteen holes. A number of treacherous sand bunkers have been positioned around the course. Tee times are only reserved for the weekends. Senior discounts are for Livonia residents only.

We played Dobson Ranch and found the course to be player friendly but still had challenging greens. The overall condition of the course was great with the exception of the sand traps which could be better. The friendly staff in the Pro Shop made for a great experience.

Spring Valley Golf Course
"A bit of paradise in the country"
This is a delightful 18 hole course located in the country, just outside of Livermore IA. Originally built as a 9 hole course and then expanded to 18. The course sits on what was once rolling pasture land with streams and small lakes coming into play on a number of holes. A few dog-leg holes with maturing trees offers plenty of challenge. Many planted flower beds make this course a visual delight.
