This facility is the first phase of its eventual twenty-seven hole state-of-the-art facility. With an environmental irrigation system that covers all parts of the greens, fairways and rough, this course stays in first rate condition at all times. Players will find this course a fair and unique challenge with a course design and tee choices for golfers of all abilities. Most holes on one or both sides of the fairway have sand or grass bunkers awaiting errant shots. The generous fairways and manicured greens give players plenty of opportunities for par or better. The signature hole is #6, a 223-yard, par 3, which plays over tidal wetlands to a well-protected green. There is an additional 1,783-yard ladies' tee that is not rated or sloped. The Lakeside Course is scheduled to open in May, 2000, and the Duneside Course in May, 2002.

| This is one fantastic golf course, I have played it a number of times. If there is any problem it is the place is plagued by slow play. I have never been around the place in less than 5 hours. It seems everyone I have talked to feels the same way. 1st class facility all around but slow play destroys the experience. |

| This course is manicured and landscaped beautifully. It is also a female golfer friendly course. Fairways, roughs, and greens are weed free and in excellent shape. Our group of 14 will be back to play next year. |
