This fairly hilly course has water coming into play on three holes. The novelty of this course is that a steeplechase course crosses the driving range and the rough bordering three holes. The club is closed during the week prior to the Kentucky Derby to run the Oxmoor Steeplechase Race. The signature hole is #9, a 420-yard, par 4, requiring a shot that is all carry over water.
