This course is located in an isolated area and is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, fox, and little squirrels. The course is surrounded by a creek which comes into play on at least one hole. Most of the fairways are tree lined, and all of them are defined by a standard cut of rough. Many days during the year the wind blows really hard, so selecting the proper club is frequently an important aspect of the game. This course was built on natural hilly terrain, so you can expect many uneven lies. Tee times are only reserved for the weekends and guests must be accompanied by a club member. The men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 68.3 and slope of 113.

Played this course with a member and had a great time. This course is chanlleging for all levels of players. Used every club in my bag from the blue tees. Excellent condition and very friendly staff and members made me fell very welcome.

This is one of Cincinnati's best kept secrets. A tight beautiful track. Big hitters will rarely choose driver. Peaceful, green, challenging. Check it out. Be pleased

Deer Run Golf Course
"One of the best courses in the area"
This course is a very mature course with a scorable front 9. The back nine is more diffecult to score on, but it can be done if you take some chances. This course is definatly one of the better courses within a fifty mile radius. 5 lakes come into play not three and there is a large creek that runs through the middle of the entire course. The entire course was carved out of the timber so it is very mature. Over all a good course for a small town.
