This course is located at the headwaters of the Niobrara River. Water hazards come into play on six holes, one of which features an island green and an elevation change of 200 feet from tee to green. There is one other hole that also boasts an extreme change of elevation, however, the rest of the course was built on relatively flat terrain and is easy to walk. The greens are medium-sized and fast. The club is owned and operated by the Town of Lusk.

Great Nine Hole Course, Jul 04, 2004

Niobrara Country Club has to be one of the best nine hole courses in the state of Wyoming. With cheap green fees and several challenging holes I'd recommend it to anyone!

You have to be looking to find it but it is worth the effort. this 9 hole track will test your skill yet is enjoyable to play. Extremly freindly people who will make you feel like a native.

Great Nine, May 13, 2004

As far as nine hole tracks, this one is a good as it gets. Great pace of play, friendly staff. Water forces creativity and shot making. Green are elevated and up&downs are not readily available. Fun course!
