Good beginners Course but bring your Hard Hat, Jun 26, 2008

This is without a doubt NOT a course for well polished golfers. But it also does not act like it is. It has wide fairways and large greens. There are also very few bunkers and not a thick treeline. We all had to play somewhere to start and this is an excellent place to bring a beginner. It has a par 5 and three par 3 holes. The rest are par 4 and one is drivable.

I've played many a golf course, and this is by far the worst. There are weeds in the fairway, if you can it a fairway. The rough is also full of weeds. Poorly maintained. Poorly designed. If you want to play nine and don't want to travel far, go to Unicorn in Stoneham. It's only a fair course, but much better than Lynnfield Center.

It's a great course for newbies and jr's it allows you to use every club in the bag if you chose. The fairways are wide and there are very little trees on the sides. They have a really nice practice green for chipping and putting, the staff is awesome and help whenever they can. The course is well maintained the fee's are reasonable for the amount of course and the fun you have. The course allows you to really rip it off the tee if you want to go for it.
