Nice Cozy Course, Apr 22, 2005

Every other Saturday a buddy of mine make the trip from Orange Park to play at Pineview. The course is open,not crowded and a hidden jewel in the Jacksonville area. If you dont want to wait on people in front of you and have a great time go to Pineview.

This golf course is sneaky long, but it is made difficult because the greens won't hold a shot longer than a nine iron, the greens are too small and there is very little space on either side of most of the greens to make a chip shot. This course is much poorer than several public layouts and the membership is both expensive and poorly managed.

"TEXAS GOLF REVIEWER"
This course has terrific tree-lined holes with character. It blends the length and shot-making requirements that make these 100 year-old golf courses so much fun to play. The par-three 10th hole is one of the best holes in the East. The greens are equal in speed and difficulty to Oakmont. If given the opportunity, make arrangements to play.
