Course is in decent condition following a pretty dry summer. There is a lot of local knowledge required to score well from the blues. Interesting layout given limited space, with more recent additions (e.g., elevated multi-level tee-boxes on 13) make a big difference. Greens were particularly challenging.

Played the course for the first time in four years. Use to remember a well manicured tree lined golf course! Was disapointed that the apple and peach trees were taken out. Not enough penalties for the errant shot. Wide open golf. Shot a round of 75 playing the blue tees. Like what they did to the fifth and eighteenth holes! Condition of the course was good. Clubhouse improvements were noticeable.

Private Country Club Located in Northern Bergen County, New Jersey. Par 71, Aproximately 6500 Yards, Small well bunkered Greens and a very well Maintained Golf Course. Until you play this Course you do not Realize how Challenging it can be. The Club has spent well over 1 million in Capital Improvements to the course since 2002. The Ownership/Management Team has emphasized a constant improvement in servicing its Members and Guests.

A very easy course, it probably makes the membership feel good about their game. I shot a very mundane 2 under and did not strike the ball that well. There is not much that can be done with this very boring layout, however they could focus on the irregular and unkempt greens. The one star would be for the adequate service at the clubhouse.
