| The course is in excellent shape for this time of the year. The greens are smooth and the ball rolls true. The fairways are green and filled in. The rough is generally short and it's easy to find balls and hit them out. Tee boxes are good. The practice range and green are convienently located and in good shape. The only issue with the course is that the fairways are saturated in a few areas from excessive watering. The course is scenic and enjoyable to play. You can score well. This course is a good value for the dollar; I think it's the best value in the Richmond area. |

| For the price, it's one of the better courses to play in Richmond. The money they put into it over the winter is really starting to pay off. Excellent fairways and greens. |

| This course is a good track with some challenge, you need to be accurate. |
