This par 3 course features narrow, tree-lined fairways and small greens that are fast. There is water coming into play on two holes. Ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men. There is an additional set of tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round. An early bird special, weekdays from 7 AM to 10 AM and weekends from 6:30 AM to 9 AM, is available. Lessons are also available, contact the pro shop for more information.

Great place for beginners to develop their game. Owners are fantastic...went out of their way to ensure my group had a great time over the recent Labor Day weekend. I liked the laid-back atmosphere and even though I live in Mitchellville, MD, I will be returning to Manassas Hills often.

Small but mature course. Great for working on your short game. Narrow fairways and small greens make for a challenge. Trees and water increase the difficulty. Large, mature trees give the course a feeling missing from the many new and sterile courses in the area. Don't expect lux conditions, but do expect a good time.
