This well-designed par 3 course was built into the natural terrain. The fairways are wide, and the greens are large and undulating. There is a lake that comes into play on holes #1 and #8. The terrain is hilly, so you can expect many uneven lies. The wind is frequently a major factor, so selecting the proper club is also an important part of the game. The course record is 22. | Of the 60+ courses I've played, this is one of the best 3-pars around. The layout is interesting with elevated tee boxes, sufficient bunker locations and even a mini-lake on #8 that must be crossed to reach the green in one (or lay-up to the right for the less confident). Because the price is right, it can play slow. So, enjoy the walk and don't be in a hurry. |

| IN THE EXECUTIVE COURSE CATEGORY... THE COURSE IS WELL KEPT AND MAINTAINED...FUN AND EASY . NICE GREENS THE RANDOM DUCK SH*T CAN GET MESSY BUT OVERALL DOESN'T POSE A PROBLEM. WATCH THE HOUSES ON HOLE 6 . DONT GO LEFT OR YOU MIGHT BE PAYING FOR SOME REPAIR WORK ON SPANISH ROOF TILES. THE LAKE ON 7 IS A GOOD PLACE TO COME UP ON LOST BALLS. BRING THE BALL GRABBER AND STAY CLOSE TO SHORE..THE SHALLOWS ARE LITTERED WITH MANHATTANITES BRAND NEW BALLS.....4....HAVE FUN... |
