This fairly flat course, which is located on land that was formerly an Indian burial ground and garden, has four holes that have water in play and several sand bunkers in the design. The greens are extremely fast and the fairways are cut tight. The signature hole is #6, a 455-yard, par 5, which runs all along a lake and has a large, undulating green surrounded by bunkers. A large irrigation pond is positioned in the landing area near the right rough, making a straight tee shot even more important. An additional 9 holes, designed by Michigan golf course architect, Mike Husby, were added in 2000.
