Donald Ross truly used the land wisely here. COurse plays much longer than scorecard indicates. Greens to tricky to read the first time. If I had a chance to play again, I would do it in a heart beat.

There is way too much construction going on. And it seems to be most of the time. The course looks nice and no further construction is needed.

"Weekend Excursion"
It's the offseason now and we've just returned from 27 holes at Tamahka Trails. The rate was very reasonable, service second to none and the course ... well this old cajun boy has never played a finer course in his life and may never still. The people made us feel as though we never left our home town. They treat you with kindness and respect, catering to your every whim. Let me tell you it was one of the very best golf outings I've ever had (and plan to have again). If you would like to experience golf as it should be ... try Tamahka Trails. You won't be disappointed. And by the way ... for a course this nice the seasonal rates are good also. See you there ...
