This course is undergoing a $3.5 million renovation project with completion date set for February, 2000. To enhance the level terrain, the new design features fairway mounding and undulating landing areas. The ample greens are flat and are easy to read. Water comes into play on fourteen holes and creates an additional challenge.

My Home Course, May 07, 2005

I have played at a couple of other golf courses in the area. I have to say, I enjoy Palm View the most. It's not the most expensive nor the cheapest in the area which makes this course most favoralble to me. The view is great and the grounds are well kept. Can't wait to go again.

first time i played winter golf in the south. enjoyed it. course was well taken care of and people seemed anxious to please. people seemed proud of their course. i will be back soon. we are going to be looking for a winter home and i am considering your area.

"Kept in great shape"
The Greeley country club plays difficult because of all the tree's this course has. The Greeley country club is a very kept up course that can be a challenging for any golfer.

Kis-N-Greens Golf Course
"Update"
The course has been expanded to 18 holes, par 72. The fairways are improved over the condition that they were in a year ago. Some greens have been expanded, with more to follow. 400 trees have been added to the course as of 2003. The trees are small but will help distinguish fairways from rough. Water comes into play on 6 holes. No sand, and the tee boxes need work (leveling) maybe some irragation on the fairways (more ponds needed). Overall, satisfied with course, wind makes it more difficult than it looks, and greens are deceiving.

"Greens Can Be Fast Without Being Like Concrete"
Take this course to Scotland where it belongs. Whomever is the greenskeeper here needs a bit of elementary training in the concept of WATER. Greens can be fast without being unreceptive to a golfball. It is rediculous when a topped 4-iron produces a better result than a high, spinning wedge. It is a well-designed course, but you just can't hide the pins behind bunkers when the golfer has no chance of holding the green. It is just plain goofy golf. To watch fairly accomplished players putt from 20 yards off the green is just too bad.

"Fantastic Course!"
I love this place, I always start my season playing this course...a 581yd opening par 5, what a hole, pull out the big stick for this gem, crush it 260-270 and then if you want to hit driver off the deck go for it....a dogleg left then right into a hole thats has a small opening into the green. Go over the green and your pitching up a hill to get to the surface of the green thats fast too.... great opening hole.... try this place, you`ll love it....
