| Golf Digest rated this course a 4 out of 5 stars. I thought that was a little too generous but for 17 bucks this is a heckofa bargain. This fairways are in good condtion and the greens are a decent speed and in great shape. The design is not bad. There are a few goofy holes but if you stay away from the water there really aren't many hazards to be concerned with. Overall, I was pleased and would go back. I played from the tips (which is less than 6,300 yards)and am a 10 handicapper. |

| this course features only 4 holes w/o a parallel or lateral water hazard. It appers that turkey creek itself was re-channeled to be part of the course. With the city waste water treatment facility adjacent to course (and "treated" water flowing into creek next to 9th fairway) it brings new meaning to the words 'water hazard'. Bring plenty of cheap balls that you won't mind parting with. After the 12th hole it gets annoying and longing for the castle with the draw brdge hazard. Substitute a driver with a 3 wood when the winds start gusting. |
