Keep your driver in your car, Oct 07, 2006

Very short course, but still pretty challenging. Don't bother bringing your driver as there are no holes where you need to drive it over 200. There is only one par 5 and that requires a short layup before dog legging. Nicely manicured with lots of water and bunkers near the greens. Pefect course for working on your short game.

A well maintained golf course that is a challenge for all golfers regardless of skills or physical limitations. This is an easy course to walk and yet it lets you play every club in the bag. Has everything to offer and a friendly and helpful staff.

Have played over 15 times in last two months. Newer player and have had a great time playing. The staff is the best.......... I play after 3:00 pm Jan-Mar. Iron only driving range and good putting green. I have been able to build up for my handycap.

Moffett Field Golf Club

I once belonged to a local golf club that played Moffett once a year. We had 3-4 handicap golfers who said this was one of the hardest courses they had played. It may look easy but it can get you in a lot of bogey troubles. This course is mainly for a golfer who draws the ball. Lots of right to left shots.

Country Club of Louisiana, The
"Best Course in the State"
This club is on an amazing tract, and offers great variety. The course struggled for a couple of years, but the greenskeeper was replaced last year, and it is in stellar shape now. Only one downside... you need to know a member, or you can't even get through the gate.
