This high desert course features enough variety of terrain to challenge the most experienced golfer. This is a typical Robert Trent Jones, Jr. design and the first for him in the Phoenix area. The high desert surrounds the immaculate fairways, and the greens are fast, large, undulating, and elevated. There is a water hazard that comes into play on holes #9 and #10. "Golf Digest" rated it as the 16th "Best in State" course for 1997-98. The 5,929-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 74.9 and a slope of 137. Premium tee times can be reserved eight to thirty days in advance.

Las Sendas- great first Arizona experience., Jun 26, 2009
from Madison Wisconsin
|Course was in great shape for the middle of the summer. short par 3's are more of a challenge due to smaller greens. Great views on every hole. GPS in carts. Club has great amenities with driving range and practice green. This was my first course in Arizona and I am told it is one of the best in the Mesa area. It is my goal to find out.|

|I was visiting from Chicago and was lucky enough to golf on Las Sendas. The greens were beautiful, the course well maintained and the view of the city and mountains breath taking. I highly recommend this course if your looking for a challenge and a great view of the valley and mountains while golfing.|
