Mound Golf Course
757 Mound RdMiamisburg, OH 45342
Phone: (937)866-2211
This course borders the Indian Mound Burial Ground, a state historical park. This terrain is hilly, so be prepared for some uneven lies in the fairways. Furthermore, the small greens are elevated and difficult to hit in regulation. Any ball hit on a green in regulation will give you a realistic chance at making a birdie. Tee times are only reserved for weekends and holidays.

Interesting short course with a terrian that borders wacky, the key to success on this lay out is game management.Short but testy almost every hole can leave you frustrated and shaking your head because of the slopes and hills in the fairways.Hole#2 will kill you if you come up short on your approach, the grade into the green is about 90 degrees and a short drive to the green will enable your ball to roll backwards up to 40 yards. On the par 3s,one inparticular(I belive this is #7) you do not want to be long and right, if you are pick up your ball and move to the next hole for you will do nothing but aggravate your game. All said this course is a large challange and will make you work hard and manage your club selection and game management skills.

The mound is a very comfertible place to be. The staff is terrific and the course is very well kept. Even with only nine holes the course has chanlenging dog legs and up and down blind spots. And the passes there are not pocket breaking. The mound is a great place to have fun meet new people and play great golf.

The Mound Golf Course is a well kept course that is good for beginner/intermediate or even more serious golfers. With a low green fee and employees who aren't too snobby, its not a bad course.
