I play Orgill 2 to 3 times a week and find it to be both enjoyable and challenging. It is easy to walk and is played by many older golfers. The lack of sand reduces the challenge, but water comes into play on several holes and mature trees cause trouble for slices. The tee boxes and fairways are excellent but the greens have always been problematic with bare spots on several. If the greens were replaced and the Canada Geese were controlled somehow, this would be a premiere course.

Spring Valley Country Club
"Challenging course"
Spring Valley is an older club that recently upgraded the course layout. They changed 3 or 4 holes in the last few years. The course has no housing development on it and includes several holes that require specific tee shot placement. A good deal of wooded area surrounds the course and water does come into play on several holes. The clubhouse is typical country club and I suggest the prime rib. Outstanding.

"Great afforbable challenging course"
Narrow fairways with many doglegs. One must be accurate off the tea and have great touch around the greens. Great layout that will challenge even the best golfers. Very cheap green fees and a good staff to help you enjoy yourself.

Redland Country Club
"Open and Forgiving - A Fun Course"
Redland is an open and forgiving course with a friendly atmosphere. The course offers 5639-yard forward tees, 6266-yard middle tees and 6613-yard blue tees. Fairways are flat with some gentle sloping. Minor water challenges and some fairway sand. Greens are bunkered and reasonably true (there is some difficulty with grass on the greens but, all in all, not too bad). Members describe this course as a Club in the Country and the ammenities will bring you back time after time. It's a fun place with a challenging golf potential. You'll like it!
