This course's design includes narrow, tree-lined fairways and small greens. There are no water hazards, but there are several sand bunkers scattered throughout the course. The course is lit in August for night golf. This club was originally founded in 1895 and has been listed by the USGA as one of the first 100 established clubs in the U.S. In addition, "GOLF Magazine" recognized it in their 1995 list of "The First 100 Clubs in America."
