this is a good course if you want to come to a fun golf course that isn't very diffeicult you should come here. I play here alot, but i'm not very good and the course is very very forgiving. The holes aren't very long and don't have a lot of hazards. From my experience the greens are very easy to read and most of the par 4's could be reached off the tee with a good shot. This is a good course if you are like me and want to get a boost of confidence in your game. The people are nice and even though i am not very good i still have fun. the hot dogs are the best in the area and all the food is priced well unlike all the other overpriced country clubs. "Tough Layout"
Beautiful layout with a lot of elevation changes and fast, undulating greens. The course also winds through a lot of trees, mostly pines and oaks. First six holes are a real challenge. If you can survive these opening holes with a score that's just a few strokes over par, you may be able to recover by the end. The 15th hole is a monster from back tees, measuring almost 650 yards. Overall, bring every club in your bag.

A course perhaps more friendly for the long-ball hitter with more than enough water and some deviously placed sand. Access to the course requires a military affiliation or a friend who can host your play but, well worth the trip. Given its location (on base), play is seldom hampered by a crowded course which also makes it a most hospitable course for the slower player, the short ball hitter or those just learning the game. The placement of water (ponds and streams) makes for an interesting attack plan and invites disaster for the reckless. Improved traps, general landscaping and more attention to tee boxes and greens over the past two seasons has made the course much more enjoyable. The first six holes are a low rolling layout with a lot of trees in play along the fairways. The rest of the course is basically flat with several holes playing parallel to the runway and an occasional aircraft take-off or landing adding to the view. Course amenities are well maintained. Walk, pull a cart or ride in a relatively new electric cart. The golf carts are in great shape and an adjacent driving range is a plus for tuning up before hitting off of the first tee. The clubhouse has a small grill for lunch with a comfortable seating area for a beer after the game. The pro shop is equipped to handle most needs.
