Change of pace from Pebble Beach,Spyglass..., Oct 06, 2005

A relative is a memeber and we played there afetr a long weekend at Pebble.Greens we much quicker than those on the on the ocean and although only a few miles inland it was at least 20 degrees warmer.Take an extra ball if time allows and hit from the championship tees on the signature hole...I think it was #13 or 14.

Laguna Lake Golf Course
"Not Fancy, But Fun!"
A tricky little course, designed by someone that knew their business. Shots over trees in the middle of the fairway, elevated, tricky (and fast) greens add to the enjoyment of this 9-hole course. Definitely recommended for golfers that like a bit of a challenge on shorter holes. The greens and fairways are in excellent shape, and the overall course is very well maintained. For the price, this course is an unbeatable value.

"It's Okay"
This course is okay as far a playability goes. When I went there were dead spots of grass in the fairways and the greens, however we were in the middle of a drought during this time. For a small town golf course, it is pretty good.

Holly Tree Country Club
"beautiful and testing"
Holly Tree offers a beatiful layout along rolling hills in Simpsonville. The holes are all unique with something special about each one that makes fun to play over and over. My favorite whole is number 17 because it is short dog leg left where ur first shot needs to be long and straight, and then its downhill from there with a short low approach onto a well protected green.
