Good place to tune up your game, Apr 06, 2006

This course has low green fees and is a good place to get back in the swing of things after a long winter the long holes on the course play well to the worm burner crew as a low shot will run a mile but it was the first place i played and i still try to get a few rounds in a year.

Great place for a beginner. Wide open and no bunkers. Come in with low expectations and you'll be fine.

Cairo Country Club
"Cairo is where i spend my spring break!!"
Cairo country club offers 18 holes of challenging golf. employees at the club are as generous and courteous as they come. the tree lined fairways call for consistent accuracy off the tee and some strategically placed fairway bunkers make the tee shot a placement factor. bermuda green that are well manacured. my buddy adam schuster says "its good" and my other buddy adam scott says its "da shizzle" the course really flows together throughout the 18 holes and the practice range provides a great area for preparing for the beginning of a round or fine tuning the game.

Eagle Ridge Golf Club
"Toughest course I've ever played."
I live in Arizona and I've played golf on many courses and Eagle Ridge gave me the most bang for my buck. Challenging holes, beautiful scenery, and reasonable prices. I'd reccommend this course to seasoned golfers, beginners may have trouble with some of the bunkering and forced carries but nobody said golf was fair. Pull out the big stick and let it rip in Gilroy. Don't forget to say hello to Uncle Frank.

Stonehouse Golf Club
"Stonehouse, a "keeper""
I played Stonehouse in September of '03 and thoroughly enjoyed the round. While looking intimidating from some of the tees, there is sufficient landing room for your tee shot. It's a very hilly (not for walkers) and picturesque course, demanding accuracy on the par 3's and requiring an accurate carry over a ravine on a number of the holes (not for the faint of heart). Am looking forward to playing it again!
