This hilly course has some tree-lined fairways. There is one lake on the course, but it should not come into play. However, there are some ditches and ravines that do come into play on several holes. Green fees are accepted through the club in peak season because the pro shop is not open at specific hours. The course does not open until 3 PM during the month of October.

| This is the most challenging course I have ever played. The hills, slopes, and small hard greens will make you glad you spent time on the range. I think if you can play Egyptian, you can play anywhere. Go and take the test, is your game good enough? |

Learn to play on slopes, Apr 02, 2004 |

| I played Egyptian Country Club throughout the 1980s, and though short, there are plenty of places to hit the ball out of bounds into trees. The best part of ECC, however, is: It teaches you to hit off slopes of all kinds -- downhill, uphill, sidehill. |
