This seaside links-style course is located by the bay of the Charleston Harbour. The most difficult hole is #17, a 139-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to an island green. This subtle and rolling course features constantly changing natural conditions. In addition, breathtaking views can be seen from off many of the course's holes.

03/21/06: As a 19 hanicap, I've played this course every yr since 2000 on April golftrip. Always a challenging (windy) play. Somewhat long from white tees (6353), but fairly open. Course condition varies depending on weather. Enhancements and renovations caused a 15% price hike for 2006. I look fwd to the course this April.

Was in the area lokking for a place to play. Picked up a Charleston area golf guide billing this as a resort type layout. For $59 I got sanded greens, sandless and compacted bumbers, no green the same in terms of speed. The only hole on the course to talk about is #17. I would not pay more than $15 to play this course and that is after I checked the condtions of the greens.

"Peaceful Day of Golf"
I found the course to be in excellent condition, challenging and peaceful. Our group played a round in under 4 hours and did not see another golfer the entire day. Very private.

Hidden Lakes Golf Resort
"SUPERB"
This is by far the best public course in Idaho. It has been redesigned and has a 17,600 sq. ft. clubhouse. The only reason it only get's 4 stars is cuz they have overpriced the locals.

"Excellent design - miserable greens"
This is one of the best course designs on the east coast. A variety of shotmaking skills are required and skill levels required depend on the tees used. Number 9 is a magnificent hole. Unfortunately, the greens are 30 to 50% Poa, and putting is an adventure. With upgraded greens, the course would get 4.5 stars.

Indian Trail Golf Course
"Great for the price."
This is a very friendly course with a super staff. It is fairly well maintained and gives the "working man" a nice place to go. BYOB, so you don't get ripped off, and they have some great sandwiches. Less than $30 for weekend with a cart. I love this course.
