Good Course, Terrible Customer Service, Oct 16, 2011
reviewer: WG from Nashville TN
I know we pay our $40 to play golf. But, that $40 also includes how we are treated. The young man at the counter was very rude and disinterested. Get them in and out must be his philosophy. The older guy at the snack bar could only do one thing at a time. If you tried to add another order on top of the one he was trying to remember, he was very curse with you. The manager was not much help. After talking with him, you definitely understand why his crew had horrible customer service. Then, there was the ranger. I made the mistake of taking my cart just into the rough. He came up and harshly told me about it. I admitted my fault and apologized. He then drove his cart into the rough, walked into the woods to take a piss. REALLY???? The good parts of the course were that the entire course has improved over the years. The owners are doing awesome work to bring it to a top level course. The girls on the carts are easy on the eyes and about the only people that had any customer service qualities. The food was pretty good too from the snack bar. Overall, there are way too many other courses that I can give my $40 to with better servcie. And, they are not way out in the boonies. I recommend going to another course.

Great course bad employees attitude, Jun 07, 2010
reviewer: DW from MtJuliet
Luke at front counter was very rude and needs to know what customer service is. Course was great for price. Greens in good shape fairways were nice. Rough is VERY rough in places though. Going back maybe LUKE will be more pleasant!

not bad course but......., Sep 08, 2009
reviewer: Paul from Mt juliet TN
This course is a lot of fun and has some challenging holes, but I will not play there again due to the employees attitudes. We played there sunday and had numerous encounters with the marshall and grounds crew. I can understand enforcing play speed when busy, but when you are waiting on the group in front and no one is behind you, why can you not play as a 5some?!?!?!

Greens are in the best shape of anywhere around, They have made a ton of improvements and it looks great. They have new management than last time and it just seems like a nice comfortable place to hang out now.. keep it up cedar crest

Great Beginner Course, Aug 01, 2004
reviewer: Jon from Murfreesboro
This course would be great for beginners. It has a few too many dead spots on the greens where other golfers either forgot or just didn't bother to repair their ball marks. The course has a lot of room to improve. I lost a few balls in the fairway as well but I will return and play again. It appears that they are making efforts to improve the course.

Good for the Money, Apr 07, 2004
reviewer: Jeff from Murfreesboro
This course is for beginners who don't want to spend a lot of money learning how to play. I lost my ball in the fairway a few times, and the greens need a little work. This is a young course, it has got better than last year.
