| 1-a layup to the 150 marker with a 2I-3W is best. Watch the water right, favor middle/left side. If you are playing the front tees you might want to try carrying the water...about 290 carry depending on tees...LOL
-Large fairway lets you rip it off the tee, easy birdie, possible EAGLE. The front traps still leave an easy par.
-Good Par 3, favor middle/right, the left pins are tough but middle/right pins are easy pars.
-Layup to 140, Big hitters may want to drive over traps but leaves a tougher 2md shot over the greenside trap, this green will hold low/mid irons easily.
-Great LONG par 4, only the big hitters have to worry about the fairway trap. favor the left side of the green and take your 2 putt and run.
-Good Par 5, large fairway allows you to rip a big drive. River left comes into play down the whole hole, fairway tightens up a bit for 2nd, good chance for Birdie
-Great Risk reward Par 4. Big hitters can cut a bit of the corner with a Fade and leave just a wedge but don't cut off more than you can chew. A must layup to the 150 from the back tees. Line is the 150 marker.
-Long Tough Par 3 from the back tees, favor or missing the right side of green leaves an easy par. Both traps can leave you scratching your head wondering why?
-Tke you par here and run. Layup to 140 or if you are hitting your driver like a lazer go for it to leave just a flip wedge to this 3 tiered green. Middle pins are east to get to, back and front pins make this a tough hole.
-Excellent easy par 5, favor right side on drive to avoid the river on the left which borders this hole from tee to green, Only the longer hitters will reach this elevated green.
-This Wonderful eyecatching hole can be frightening in the wind. Longer hitters can drive the green if the hole is playing down wind. RISK/REWARD at its finest. Cut off only what you are sure you can chew. A conservative play still leaves a good birdie chance with a 2nd to the middle of the green. (While on your way to this green check wind direction and speed for the next hole)
-Fine shorter par 3. This double green (shared with 16) plays a half a club more in no wind. Wind can play havoch with this tee shot so play when you are sure of wind direction which is tough to gage from the back tees (A must do homework from 11). Take your par and run.
-Good straightaway par 4. Hit a good drive and lood for Birdie. Wind can effect your ball flight dramatically on this hole. If the pin is back left you might want to favor the middle of this green and take your 2 putt and run, otherwise think Birdie here.
- Hit your straightest club here. Your 2nd will still be a layup to 140 or so (favor the left side of the layup area as the big tree on the right can block some shots that are layed up to the right side. Even the big hitters will have trouble hitting this green in two as the fairway narrows dramatically as you approach the green. Avoid over or left of this green as the ball will kick into the garbage easily and will probably result in a lost ball!
-Favor the left side of the driving area with a ripped teeshot. Avoid the greenside trap which is deep and will cause lost strokes. Front left pins are the easiest while the back middle are tough.
-Good long par 4. Only the big hitter can reach the fairway trap from the back tees. A long iron or fairway wood 2nd to a tough green make this hole a bit hard. Avoid the bunkers on the left but watch the grass valleybunkers on the right. A good par will make anyone happy on this hole.
-This par 3 can play easy or extremely difficult according to pin placement. left and center pins make this a birdie hole. back and left pins make this a great par three. avoid the front bunker at all costs. Can play several clubs more or less according to the wind. This hole is open to the sometimes swirling wind.
-Big hitters must avoid the fairway traps which take a good long drive to reach in a head wind. If downwind the very big hitters can blow it over the traps with a fade and leave a short iron. Most players will have a mid/long iron 2nd. Back and center pins are Birdie locations but watch right and front as the bunker come into play and leaves a tough play. Smart play is to the middle of the green and take you 2 putt and run!

| I feel that for the money it is the best course around. The other thing that sets this course apart from others is the way you are treated here. Great people who treat you as you are players who play there 3-4 times a week. Overall a very enjoyable Golf experience. |
