This short course has tight fairways and its elevated greens are very fast and undulating. Water hazards come into play on five holes, and the terrain is basically flat. The hole that will test your skill is #11, a 364-yard, par 4, which requires an accurate tee shot, then an approach shot over water to an undulating green.

Floats Way Above Par, Dec 29, 2009

Well I'm here to tell ya I never played golf there but I used to Live downstream from there in a little house on Blackmon Rd. Me and my GF would get drunk and paddle upstream behind the golf course and go skinny dipping. Most golfers there were polite about it beyond reproach. Later that afternoon I made a hole in one.

Antelope Hills Golf Course
"Diamond in the rough"
In July, 2003 I had the chance to try out this little 9 hole course and I was very satisfied with my experience. The fairways were in tremendous condition and the greens offered a perfect putting surface. We could hear the coyotes howling as we started our round in the morning. The peacefulness alone (my wife and I were the only people on the course) was worth the price of green fees. The green fees, by the way, are very reasonable. The scenery from the first tee is spectacular, especially if you glance to the west. If you're looking for a tough challenge, this isn't the course for you. The course is not too challenging but is a perfect stop if you're a beginner or coming out of Yellowstone and want to just relax on the course. It's very wide open so you shouldn't lose any balls. My wife is a beginner golfer and had a very enjoyable round. Everything is well-maintained and we found the staff to be courteous and friendly. I plan on returning to play this course again and I highly recommend you give it a try. Definitely a course to walk (not ride) to get the full enjoyment.

"The best in Northern California"
Simply the best in worst greens, worst drainage and highest price! Can't be beat! Course maintenance? What the hell is that? It's not need here, cause crabgrass takes care of itself both on and off the greens.

"Nice change of pace"
This course is a nice change of pace. I have played it every year for the last 5 years for a total of about 15 rounds. The water was way down for a few years and when it was the course was not very nice to look at. Greens are small and challenging. The course is fun to play and reasonably tough. Having a sand trap in the middle of a green is flat out stupid. That hole (# 15) is definately my least favorite hole. The par five # 14 along the road seems to always be in bad shape. Outside of holes #4 , #14 and #15 I like the course .

This is one of the most beutiful golf courses in the great North West. Every hole has it's challenges such as long narrow fairways, tightly placed pins, and ponds throughout. The plush greens and marvolous clubhouse are just two of many great amenities this course has to offer.
